  • ALL sponsorship levels will include direct links to YOUR website from the festival website in addition to a high profile booth space throughout the festival weekend. Sponsorship packages and perks will vary in degree with acknowledgement in press releases, TV, radio and online marketing as well as complimentary glasses and tickets.
  • There are 4 stages running non-stop music both days of the festival. Sponsorships are PER DAY.
  • Beer and Wine Booth sponsors are required to send a shift leader to ABC Training and must guarantee three people in the booth at all times. Golf Cart sponsorships include your logo on the top of the golf carts that make deliveries of all wine, beer and glasses. Logo is also posted on the website.
    * Advertise your business logo on the website, www.lafayettefestival.com, during the festival season from now through September. Great opportunity for businesses that do not benefit from an onsite presence during the festival weekend to still capitalize on the traffic flow to the festival website. ** Add your logo to the signage sponsoring the 4 outdoor restroom areas that are visited by thousands of festival attendees throughout the weekend. Your logo will also go on our website.
  • A health permit fee of $120 is required to be paid for 10x10 and 10x20 vendor spaces. A Fire Department Inspection Fee of $25 is required for all food vendors except for pre-packaged food vendors. Electricity fee (15 amps) is $25. Ice is available on cash/carry basis.
