Taste of Lafayette Restaurant Stroll – Tuesday, May 14, 2019
The “stroll” begins when ticket holders head out at their own pace to stop at any or all of the 25+ participating restaurants for sampling. Will call, bar, and appetizers will be at our new Taste location, JPG@TheBank, 3525 Mt. Diablo Blvd. 5:30pm-7:30pm. Dessert and coffee will be served at JPG@TheBank, 7pm-8pm. Participants stroll down Mt. Diablo Blvd. and surrounding streets with their downtown-friendly pooch! Dogs must be social, friendly and on leash at all times. The Lafayette Art & Wine Festival, held each year typically on the third weekend in September, is the largest event in Lamorinda and one of the five biggest outdoor festivals in Contra Costa County. Over 85,000 attended in 2018, strolling among hundreds of stalls of art and handmade crafts, sampling foods from top local restaurants, and enjoying quality wines and microbrews. Runners, walkers, strollers and dogs on leashes take on the town at the Lafayette Res Run for Education. Proceeds benefit local schools. Runs start at 8am.
