Unbound Training Co. was excited to celebrate their complete opening, new classes and expansion to full time hours at their Headquarters Gym in Lafayette. A Lafayette Chamber Ribbon Cutting and Unbound Health Fair was held on August 14, 2021 from 9 – 11 am.
“A bit about us… we are a holistically inspired fitness concept that melds the simple yet effective linear movements of powerlifting with the efficiency of varying speed and severity applied through conditioning. “We utilize proper nutrition and techniques that athletes have applied to manipulating their performance and body composition for years but few know can also be used for anyone looking to seek physical and mental change. In addition to the day to day programming, coaching and guidance, we also provide outside opportunities for adventure and community for our Tribe such as outdoor rock climbing, SUP boarding, backpacking and more!”
