Membership Levels

Business Membership (by employee size) 
A Business Membership is designed for small to large businesses that aim to grow their business or brand presence within the community. This membership provides opportunities to enhance brand visibility, connect with potential customers and clients, and participate in events that promote business success. Members gain access to resources focused on business development, marketing, and fostering business-to-business relationships. 

Out of Area Membership
Out of Area Membership is tailored for medium to large businesses located outside the greater Lafayette and Lamorinda areas that employ more than 10 people. This membership is ideal for companies with local representatives who want to engage with the community and grow their customer or client base.  

Individual Professional Membership
An Individual Professional Membership is designed for individuals who wish to engage with the Chamber in a capacity that focuses on personal and professional development, networking, and community involvement, rather than promoting a specific business. This membership option is ideal for professionals who may work for a larger company but seek to enhance their skills, expand their network, or contribute to the Chamber independently of their corporate roles. It offers an opportunity for personal/professional connection building, leadership development, and involvement in the local business community. 

Non-Profit Membership
Non-Profit Membership is designed for local charitable organizations, community groups, and foundations that wish to expand their impact through Chamber resources. Members benefit from enhanced visibility in the community, networking opportunities with businesses and leaders, and access to events and workshops tailored to non-profit growth. Non-profit organizations play an essential role in building and sustaining thriving communities.  

Additional Listing 
An Additional Listing Membership is a unique membership for businesses that operate out of a shared space which is already a Lafayette Chamber Member. This is designed for Real Estate offices, shared Corporate Office spaces, Salons, Production Kitchens, and Co-Working spaces.  

Friend of the Chamber (not a membership)
A Friend of the Chamber provides a unique way for community members to show their support for the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce without being a Chamber member. This supporter category enables individuals to stay connected to our mission and initiatives without a formal membership. While it’s not a tax-deductible contribution, being a Friend of the Chamber allows community members to invest in the Chamber’s ongoing efforts to foster local growth, connect businesses, and enhance Lafayette’s quality of life. 

Membership Benefits

• Free admission to Chamber Sub-Committee Groups and Events (Young Professionals, Lafayette Business Women, Non-Profit Network and Chamber Connectors). 

• Free admission to Chamber-Hosted Educational Seminars.  

• Access to Members-Only events and networking opportunities including Chamber-wide Mixers.

• Social Media and Email Blast Promotion for new members, milestone anniversaries, ribbon cuttings, events, promotions, and more.  

• Free directory listing with member description, social links, and website, that is highly optimized for all major and local search engines.  

• New Member announcement in weekly newsletter. 

• Ability to add announcements, promotions, and member events to the Lafayette Chamber’s Member and Community Calendar for public view.

Membership Investment

Annual investment is based on the number of full-time employees. Two part-time employees count as one full-time employee.

Individual Professional  $235

Non-Profit:
1-10 employees $200
11+ employees $400

Additional Listing $120

Friend of the Chamber $150
