Post Date: 10/05/2020 2:28 PM City of Lafayette
The Contra Costa County Elections Office has selected a single ballot drop-off site in Lafayette. The ballot drop-off box in Lafayette is located at the Lafayette School District Office, 3477 School Street, Lafayette, CA 94549. (Please note: The County has decided not have a ballot drop-off box at the City Offices as they have in years past.)
The ballot drop-off box at 3477 School Street, Lafayette, is right next to the sidewalk, directly in front of the School District Office. It is the same size as a mailbox, bright white, and is next to a standard US Postal Service mailbox. If coming down School Street from Moraga Road, pass by the first turn into the Band Room and you will see pull-in parking spots (perpendicular to the road). At the end of those parking spaces you will see a mailbox and the white ballot drop-off box. If coming from Topper Lane, pass by the main parking lot, the large building that contains the Multi Purpose Room, and you will see a small garden and the School District Office. In front of the garden is the mailbox and the white ballot drop-off box.
Other local 24/7 drop-off boxes are located at:
- Saint Mary’s College – 1928 Saint Mary’s Road Moraga
- Orinda City Hall – 22 Orinda Way Orinda
