About Dogtown Downtown 2018

Our 5th Annual Dogtown Downtown was held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 9:30am-12pm at the Lafayette Library and Learning Center & the Lafayette Plaza (corner of Mt Diablo Blvd and Moraga Road).

Contest registration and Doggie Yoga started at the Library Pavilion at 9:30am.

We welcomed everyone to join in the FREE Parade at 10am. Contests, Demonstrations, Photo Opportunities and Dog Adoptions followed up in the Plaza from 10-noon.

Our contests included:
• Best Team Tricks (Owner and Dog)
• Doggie Vogue – Lafayette’s 3rd Annual Canine Fashion Show
• Best dog howl (kids up to 10 years old only)
• Best of Show

Our participating vendor booths: Camp BowWow, Cooking Round the World, Contra Costa County Animal Services; Dahlia Schonian, local Lafayette Allstate agent; Dog Park Yes on Measure L; Futures Explored; Imperfect Foods; JP and Kelley Reed State Farm Agency; Just Food for Dogs; Kind Snacks; Lafayette Library and Learning Center; Lafayette Park and Recreation Activities; Lafayette Police; Lamorinda Animal Hospital; Renewal by Anderson; Rivulet Chiropractic and Roughing It Day Camp.
