BART Track Replacement Work between Orinda and Walnut Creek Stations

BART is making extensive repairs and upgrades to the track between Orinda and Walnut Creek stations on most weekends from August 17 through October, including single-tracking and some full weekend closures with bus bridges. Using Measure RR funds, we will replace track and electrical equipment, install new switches, improve station platforms, and make other repairs and improvements to provide more reliable, safer, quieter, smoother and faster service.
